Grapes were picked at 24.9?Balling. The grapes were sorted, de-stalked and crushed into both open and stainless steel fermenters. After 3 days cold soaking, alcoholic fermentation was initiated.
South African pioneer of this Italian varietal. Earthy, savoury spice with meaty touches, the tannins and acid nicely in balance. Great with Italian fare. Serve slightly chilled perfect for alfresco eating.
