Harvested from 15 diverse sites, grapes were kept separate through the vinification process. Each batch was barrel fermented in water-bent French oak split 25% between 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th fill and matured for 10 months.
Glen Carlou Chardonnay
Distinctive fresh citrus characters, green apple and pear notes are evident on the nose and palate. An extended and elegant aftertaste is supported by crisp acid and finely grained tannins.
