Hand-picked and sorted, the grapes fermented in small open top stainless steel tanks, under cool conditions with minimal intervention. Pressed off early the juice was transferred to 2nd fill 225L French oak barrels, the wine was matured for 6 months before final blending and bottling.

Delicate raspberry and fresh red cherry flavours are complemented by a touch of oak, rounding off the medium bodied mouthfeel. With a pleasant almond character and bright natural acidity the fine tannins support a lingering aftertaste.
