Grapes were picked at 3 different maturity levels, and fermented separately with selected yeast strains enhancing a specific profile on each component. The complexity was developed by three months of lees contact on all components, before final blending and bottling.
Glen Carlou Sauvignon Blanc
The mouthfeel is fresh with a well-structured mid palate, balanced by bright acidity. This wine is beautifully brought together with flavours of pineapple, green pepper and goose-berries. The hero unquestionably is the purity of fruit from which it was made.
