Cold macerated and fermented in stainless steel tanks with regular pumpovers. Extended maceration for a week post fermentation and malolactic fermentation in barrels. Oaked in 300l French oak barrels, 30% new oak used and 70% 2nd and 3rd fill. Matured in oak barrels for 18 months and a further 6 months in the botlles prior to release.
A complex wine with spice, red fruit and black pepper that boldly reflects typical Shiraz characteristics.
