Fermented and matured in 300l French oak barrels. The wine was kept on lees with regular stirring.
Oaking done in mostly 2nd and 3rd fill 300l French oak barrels. Matured in barrels for 9 months prior to bottling with another 3 months in the bottle prior to release.
An elegant wine with irresistible citrus and nutty flavours on the nose. The judicious use of oak enhances the flavour and the well-balanced acidity ensures good aging potential.
